Send an email to orders@drneau.com and request the software. Dr. Neau doesn't have a public link to the download so he can keep track of who has access to it.

He'll send you an email with a link to the download.

I must say that I liked his software for my first tournament last night. Today I'm playing around with it a bit more and now I LOVE it. Wow. I wasn't really thrilled with the tournament screen layout, and I took a look at the customization options. Holy crap is it ever easy to change the look of this program.

You won't be disappointed when you get it.

Glad you think it's easy, but let me know what I can do to make it easier...

Drag and drop has been requested and is on the enhancement list, but not a high priority right now.

Also, send me any screens you create so I can take a look.

Ok well maybe I shouldn't have said EASY... There were a few things that I didn't like and a few more things that I wished I could do. When I finish my screens I'll send them along with my comments.

I think it's pretty easy to change things, but it is time consuming...

How long does a reply usually take?

It took quite a while to get a reply the first time, but lately, he's been really good.

I noticed that he's had some posts on the forum in the last day or so too, so he's definitely around.

I also know he's been working on code updates, so maybe he's waiting until the next mini-release before telling you where the download link is. There are some known issues (albeit minor ones) with the current version, and it makes sense that if the next release is days away, to make new people wait for the new version.

Patience... You'll get the software, and it will be worth the wait.

Yeah. Everyone says they are going to Vegas that week for CES...but we all know why they are really going.

My company's conference starts on the last day of the AVN awards...in the same hotel.
