What's new:

Added ability to drag and drop players around on the "Elimination Wizard".
Changed the name of the "Expected" state to "Inactive".
Added ability to display main console in four different modes: in a window, full-screen (for a single monitor), full-screen (for a multi-monitor configuration) and not at all.
Fixed the "# of players available for percentage distribution" spinner so it fixes itself if you attempt to set it lower than "1".
Fixed the console messages so that they don't flow outside of the box.
Plugged player db issue.
Plugged clock dinkin' issue.
Fixed issue with app throwing an exception when you click "Activate" in the league tournaments panel without having first selected a tournament.
Changed the app to use my icon in the titlebar and iconified windows.
Added the "Start Countdown" action to the main "Timer" menu. Previously, it was only available from the main console pop-up menu.
Added buttons to the league standings and league players panels to allow you to refresh the data...in case the league includes the currently active tournament and you just changed something that would have affected either the player table or the standings table.
Added the ability to drag and drop players on the Seating panel. That means you can:

Grab a player from the "unseated" list and drop him into a seat.
Move a player from one seat to another at the same table.
Move a player from one table to an empty seat at another table.
Swap any two players by dropping one player on top of another.
Move a player to the unseated list.
