I know I can build a player list and export it, then import it for new tournaments. It would be nice though to have a full list of players, then when I'm building a tournament, drag and drop from the master list, or somehow bring up the master player list and check entries for those that are there for a particular event.

While on the topic, it'd be nice to have a button to send an email to all players, confirmed players, or a 'checked' list of players.

So is this just a bad idea, or am I missing something about how the Players setup works in TM?

I like the idea of a master list too, but the export/import option won't kill me...

Capability to email to selected players is coming...that's why the email attribute for players is in place.

I'll noodle on the master list idea.

Thanks Dr.

Any thoughts on why my columns keep resetting widths every time I visit the Players tab? I set the widths to how I want them, then navigate to another tab, and when I come back they are reset. The ones I keep setting the width for are Name and E-mail.

That's because I'm changing them back... Very Happy

The code that's making them visible based on your "view columns" selections isn't yet taking into account that they may already have been visible. I'll make it do that.

The master player list is implemented in the 4/26 release.
