What's new:

Created a new thread in the app for handling the handoff of updates to the console components.  This should make the application more responsive when the console is visible.

Prettied up the console messages a bit.

Added the ability to display poker rules on the rotating message thingy. 
Rules can be specific to your interface, a league or a tournament.

Added the ability to display announcements on the rotating message thingy. Announcements can be specific to your interface, a league or a tournament.

Fixed the league ranking method editor (if/then/else condition count spinner).
