What's new:

Fixed an issue with the "planned quantity per player" of a chip not reloading.

Removed the "prompt for rebuys on elimination" setting since it no longer applies with the new Elimination Wizard.

Changed all number fields (including the ones on tables) to spinners.

Fixed issue with the time of day clock not running (embarrassed by this one)...

Fixed issue with table balance dialog showing when all you've done is rebought a player who was still active.

Added ability to display "poker terms" on the console.

Animated gifs now work.
