Hello,

I recently got a copy of Season Ticket Baseball and want to start simulating a season as the manager of a single team with the computer controlling all others. However, I have a couple of questions.

1) What is the difference between a database file (e.g., the Lahman database) and a roster set (e.g., the Rolen roster set)?
2) Can either be used to start simulating a season or create a league that I can perpetuate?
3) Will the most recent versions of either the database files or roster sets work even though I am using an older version of Season Ticket Baseball?
4) What are the advantages/disadvantages of using one or the other?

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
