Concentrated on bugfixes for this one, but also added a nice new feature or two...available at http://drneau.com/TournamentManager.zip

Added the ability to specify default image and audio directories in the application preferences.  All images and audios in the specified directories will be loaded automatically upon startup.

Changed remaining player and active table text fields on definition panel to spinners.

Fixed issue with many text fields being "overwrite" rather than "insert".

Fixed issue with exception being thrown when applying app preferences panel if you didn't specify a preference for something.

Fixed issue with some data not getting updated (data that depends on the remaining player count) when you are using the app without tracking players by name.

Changed app so history panel appears even if you are not tracking players by name.

Fixed issue with audio alerts throwing exceptions if the audio did not load properly.  You now get a message at the time the audio fails to load, and no awkward exceptions thrown when the alert fires.

Added links from the exported HTML pages to the drneau.com.

Fixed issue with "unique id not valid" messages appearing when importing some blind schedules.
