Would it be possible to add the option of "locking" a player in a seat until a specific table is to be broken down?

Example - we run 3 or 4 tables and have a dedicated dealer at each table, but they also play. All dedicated dealers are assigned to seat 11, and then all other players are seated randomly. As tables are balanced and consolidated, I would like to prevent the dedicated dealers from being randomly moved from one table to another.

Thanks,

It is on the list and has already been suggested:

This is the next feature I'll be adding.

Locking will essentially make the table balancer remove that player from balancing consideration...unless all the players at the table are locked.

This was surprisingly easy to implement. It's slick and is in for the next release.

I've just downloaded the new release (07/13/2005)... it's probably just me, but it's not immediately obvious how to do this, 'lock' a player to a seat that is. Sad

A pointer in the right direction please Doc... anyone...

(EDIT) OK, OK, ignore this... the 'Lock' checkbox against each player, on the seating screen, was just a little too subtle for me first thing in the morning!!!! Embarassed (EDIT)

Thanks,
RR Cool
