This might be an "out of scope" enhancement... but I'll throw it out there...

    - Adding the ability to run multiple tournaments at once.
    - Allowing each networked console to select which tournament instance to display
    - Allowing the main console to either select the instance to display or cluster all clocks onto one screen.

Why?

There are several people who use single table consolation tournaments in their tournaments after people have been eliminated. This would be a nice feature.

For a while I read "consolation" as "consolidation". That got me really confused.

And I just now see why you would need this to be run from the server. Many people play poker, but many people are too stupid to turn on a computer. If the client of TM sends the server of TM a computer name, maybe the server could be set up to limit what computer sees what.

If you don't need to track results, you might be able to run multiple instances. If you need to track results, it would be better if it was all in one system.

At this point, I think I'm thankful my games don't go that far.

Actually, there's no reason you can't run two server instances on the same system. Just start up the program twice.

You specify the port they listen on. You just have to point each client to the correct port.

Does that make sense?

I'll give that a shot this weekend.

I haven't tested it, but there's no reason it shouldn't work.

Also, I had to cancel for this weekend. I was looking forward to a victory, but I need to fly to Philly late Sunday afternoon so I can't justify being away from the family Saturday evening.
