What's new:

Fixed issue with deleting some events in the history throwing an exception.

Fixed issue with selecting "cancel" when trying to create a blinds schedule throwing an exception.

Players not longer automatically unseated when eliminated...prepping for new rebuy-when eliminated capability.

New color indicator on seating chart and player chart to more easily see player state (expected - gold, active - green, eliminated- red).

Stopped preventing you from seating eliminated players.

Filtering on unseated players panel.

Eliminations now intelligently prompt you to rebuy.

Improved the blind schedule wizard.

Modified the blinds panel to display blind durations in minutes only.

Fixed a small problem noticed when loading a tournament with add-ons defined in the blind schedule.  You might have seen the same add-on showing up twice for a level.

Added the old Horizontal and Vertical smooth scrolling components back in, so you now have a choice of the old and the new.

Vastly improved the mechanism for the client/server transaction processing.  The server no longer waits while a message is being processed by the clients, and the server should no longer hang due to a client failure.

Tweaked the scrolling payout components to only show the data you asked for.  Sometimes they showed more.
