Hi Dr. Neau,

I used your software on a 127-person tournament on Friday and it was fantastic. I was very pleased with the software especially for moving players when the tables were not balanced.

My only suggestion is concerning the movement of players after a table is eliminated. I always clicked the option clear uneeded tables and reseat rather than clear all tables, for obvious reasons. However, the program always clears the last table entered. I think it would be better if it would clear the table with the fewest number of people.

Great program though, I am very pleased. We are sending along a donation since we intend to use it again for our larger games.

Cool.

It's not that the program clears the last table entered.

In the table list, there is an explicit breakdown order. The app keeps the tables at the top of the list around longer. You can reorder the list at any time by promoting and demoting tables.

I believe (at least from my experience) that this is the way tournaments are run...the table breakdown order is known in advance.

And, if you are keeping the tables in balance as you go (which the tool can help you do), the tables should only be off by at most 1 player anyhow.

This also gives players the advantage of being able to plan for their table being broken down.

I'm going to keep it this way. Hope that makes sense.
