Modified the console components "Ante and Blinds", "Previous Level Summary" and "Next Level Summary" to only show the ante information if antes apply to this tournament.
Fixed issue with seating overlay not being up to date.
Modified the seating overlay to allow display of 1, 4, 9, 16 or 25 tables at once.
Improved the chip distribution calculator.
Change chip value text to always be white.
Improved the method to center the chip value text over the chip (was always a little to the right of center).
Added a blinds schedule creation wizard.
Fixed issue with exception being thrown when you overlay a seating chart with no tables.
Believe I fixed an issue with an error being thrown when you move an image that an image component references.

Note, the table overlay properties are not currently saved with the console file. That'll be in the next release.
