Being that we normally run two or three tournaments back to back with different league affiliation (or none), would it be possible to set up a management system, thereby allowing me to predefine the anouncements for a given torunament type and apply them as a group to the appropriate tournaments?

That's already there.

You'd do that via a console theme.

The console theme defines what announcement collections are used, so create one console theme for each affilliation.

That figures... I know there's lots of capability in v3, but I can only learn so fast... just an old fart here. Maybe I can get a 10 year old neighbor kid come in and figure it all out for me! Smile

All of these are specially the countdown material with easy come and go
