Does the functionality currently exist in the beta to import a tournament into the statsgenie website? |

A little background to answer this question.
For v2, Martin (StatsGenie) parsed my tournament files. He had to figure out my logic and reverse engineer some stuff to get it to work right (for instance, calculating the payout schedule).
For v3, I provide an export facility to generate a tournament file that anybody could use as an import. Go to the Active Tournament "Reports" tab and you'll see the functionality is there now.
So, thanks for reminding me (Martin told me back in October to let him know when it was ready for him)...
Hey Martin! The new format is ready for you! _________________ --
