The third (and as of this posting, current) release of beta 4 is available. I give you v3 beta 4.2.

Those users paying for access can contact me directly regarding licensing concerns beyond the beta period.
Can I use this for real??
I actually have been for 6 months...
The underlying architecture is to the point where I'm confident that any data you save from this version will work fine with future versions, so I'd say feel free to start using this for real tournaments....just remember that it is still beta software.
Note: If you've been using the previous betas, you'll get some warnings when you open your repository for the first time. I've added some new data attributes for new features and the app is just letting you know that it didn't find attributes it expected. Review the warnings, but go ahead and load the components.
My intention is that there is no beta 5...we're going GA next.
What's new since beta 4.1:
Fixed issue with the player properties dialog going into an error loop when you use a duplicate name
Added ability to create a player database from the league creation wizard
Changed the default league type in the wizard to standard league
Added names for buyin, addon and rebuy options
Betting schedule wizard will use tournament settings for chip quantities on first use
Repository loader now ignores files named "Thumbs.db" and ".DS_Store". Let me know of others
Wizards are now parented to the Frame that spawned them
Moved all enums into top-level types (code improvement)
Added options with seconds to the time of day console dashboard component
Fixed bug with rule collection importer referencing quiz questions
Added ability to specify an "additional starting stack" for each player. Counts toward chips in play and average stack
Implemented the new rock image with Paulsons
You can now create a player database from the league creation wizard
Server and client main window close buttons now invoke the "exit" process
Added a league finances panel that details the league prize pool calculation
A version number (in addition to a build timestamp) is now incorporated into the app
Fixed bug with seating by table overlay not rotating correctly
Improved performance of table-based overlays
Fixed bug with player db export and import throwing exception
Chip designer now pops you straight into the rule editor when you create a new rule
Improved the message that pops up when you can't add a tournament to a league
Attempting to shut the server down now confirms that you want to kill the clients
Fixed the client Exit item on the File menu so it has text
Updated the code to use enums for console map keys…."<default>" is history
Side bets weren't picking up new players. Fixed.
Fixed problem with auto balancing and consolidation check not firing on eliminations
Fixed issue with hand timer not responding to hot key on console
Finally implemented the ability to delete a time-based alert
Fixed issue with history validator not noting rebuys correctly
Fixed issue with not being able to reduce the number of fixed payout spots on a payout tier
Changed label on fixed award spinner to "non cash" for clarity
Fixed issue with non-bounty sidebets throwing an exception when a player is a win candidate _________________ --
