To expand on the bounties topic...since bounties are a form of "side bet".

v3 will track side bets. For now, I'm planning the following types:

- Public Global Bounty - A bounty on everyone and everyone is eligible for a reward
- Public Targeted Bounty - A bounty on specific players and everyone is eligible for a reward
- Private Global Bounty - A bounty on everyone and only specific players are eligible for a reward
- Private Targeted Bounty - A bounty on specific players and only specific players are eligible for a reward. The targets and participants can be different people
- Private Bounty Group - Just like a Private Targeted Bounty, except the targets are the participants
- Private Last-Longer Bet - A last-longer bet where you specify the participants
- Generic Public SideBet - A sidebet with all players participating that you can use to cover whatever sidebets I haven't already covered
- Generic Private SideBet - A sidebet with specific players participating that you can use to cover whatever sidebets I haven't already covered

Public sidebets are funded from the prize pool (buy-ins/add-ons/rebuys). Private sidebets are funded by extra payments made by the people participating in them.

I'm thinking non-bounty sidebets will have the ability to pay a certain amount to 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. (so that the 2nd-best bad beat could get a prize, if you wanted)

In the future, I'll add support for things like:
- High hand
- Bad beat
- Most knockouts
...and I'm open for more ideas. Add them in this thread!
