Working on elimination alerts right now.

In v3, each player will get their own elimination alert. So, a multi-player elimination will result in multiple alerts.

Unlike v2, eliminating a player who rebuys will result in one alert (rather than two).

There are now 5 types of elimination alerts in v3:
- Elimination (first out)
- Elimination (out of the money)
- Elimination (on the bubble)
- Elimination (in the money)
- Elimination (with a rebuy)

My plan for each:
- Display what happend:
- Who was eliminated
- Who eliminated them (if specified)
- What position they finished in (if they aren't rebuying)
- How much they made (if applicable)
- Display the avatar of the player eliminated large on top (if specified)
- Display the avatar of the eliminator(s) on the bottom
- Play the specified sound

Later, I'll work on settings so you can specify if:
- Elimination alerts should play the specified sound
- Elimination alerts should play the sound of the player eliminated
- Elimination alerts should play the sound of the eliminator(s)
For now, they'll just play the sound specified with the alert

My first thought would be that it would make more sense the other way around with the eliminator on top. Or preferably even side by side instead of on top might make more sense.

That is unless you could specify a separate avatar for a player's elimination then it wouldn't matter how you layed out the pics.

That's something that could be a configurable setting as part of the theme too.
