I was playing around with the planner and one of my settings generated a negative quantity
Target values were 46 buyins / 5000 value / 20 quantity.
My chip case contains
325 T25
200 T100
225 T500
100 T1,000
100 T5,000
50 T10,000 |

Well, you know why...
The only way you can do this distribution is to give each player 1 T5,000 chip.
Do you have a way to distribute it otherwise?

Well, I see two improvements from this.
1. If unable to create a distribution, then pop up a note.
2. It still should come up with the 1 T5,000 per player...worst case.
