Implementing the v3 history log right now.

Where I'm at:
- I've implemented the following item types: Tournament Started, Timer Started, Timer Stopped, Tournament Ended, Player Chip Stacks and Tournament Vitals.
- "Player Chip Stacks" is a new item type and lets you log the chip leader information to history for future reference. You can do this as often as you wish with the press of a button.
- "Tournament Vitals" is a new history item type and lets you log the following information at once: Buy-In Count, Add-On Count, Rebuy Count, Remaining Player Count and ChipsInPlay. By default, this will log each time the level changes. In the future, the information in these events will be used for tournament analysis, charting, etc.
- The tournament history log has a table with the following columns: "Segment", "Date", "Time", "Type" and "Details".
- You can edit any event.

Getting close to Beta 2...
