|

Ok, I might or might not be the only one in this situation, but here is an enhancement I would love to have:
When we are less than 8 players for a poker night, we prefer to play "Rebuy" style without eliminations (Because we don't have enough players for a side table for eliminated players).
The rankings of the night are based on Net Gains by player, if tied, the player with less rebuys and add-ons chip count is better ranked, otherwise, they both get the same rank.
Anyways, this being said, here's what would be a great nice to have:
1 - Add an option to "End Tournament"
This option would allow us to end the tournament any time even if players are still active and the blind schedule isn't over.
2 - Once the End Tournament option is selected, if the tournament is marked as a "Non Elimination" or whatever, the application would ask for a remaining chip Count by players (Or something like that).
3 - the players would be ranked by this chip count (And rebuys and add-ons for a tie)
4 - The remaining Chip count would then be converted in fixed Prizes (in the payout schedule, by ranking)
I don't know if other people use this method, but this option would be great. If it is to much work, you could minimally give us the opportunity to manually "End the tournament", and modify "Player Rankings" so that we can attribute fixed prizes manually.
Thanks again _________________ Martin "Stats Genie" Ruest

Hmmm... Not really a tournament if no one goes out. But this would be condusive to dealers' choice games. But then again, those kind of games aren't really tournaments...
And round and round I go. I don't know if this is something that I'd ever use the Good Doctor's program for. Actually, I can say with 100% certainty I'd never go through the trouble of running a Dealer's Choice game on a computer...

Yeah, I guess you're right!
Must be the stats freek in me that likes to keep stats even if it's not "technically" a tournament. _________________ Martin "Stats Genie" Ruest
