I would like to use this program to handle my free tournaments but just can't seem to set it up.
Need someone who can set up the following:
1 - Play in a single table shootout tournament at a local venue.
2 - Using a points system points are added to the county league from each tournament at each venue in the county.
3 - County points are added to the regional league.
4 - Regional Points are added to the state league

A player finishes a tournament at TheBar in Melbourne and their points are added to TheBars leaderboard.
TheBars tournaments are added to the:
Weekly County Leaderboard (tracks weeks totals for all tournaments in the county)
Monthly County Leaderboard (tracks months total for all tournaments in the county)
Quarterly Regional Leaderboard (tracks 3 months total for all tournaments in all counties in the region)
Semi Annual Quarterly Leaderboard (tracks 3 months total for all tournaments in all counties in the region)
Annual State Leaderboard (tracks all tournaments in all counties in all regions in state for 12 months)
