I've played with the program a bit...and it's wicked by the way.
is it possible to have a large overlay showing who is at what table...
If it's there please explain how to find it....

It's not there yet, but it's definitely on the list. I'm hoping that the good Doctor has it HIGH on the list because this is a feature I'm interested in too.

If you right-click on the tournament screen, there's an option for Overlays and in there is a seating option. It's not implemented yet, but that's likely where the seating chart will be.
