It wasn't until the third tournament using TM that I realized how this is done (I knew it could be done, but ...just..didn't...get it).

Eliminate the player as usual, but, in the elimination dialog, next to the eliminatee's name is a checkbox for a rebuy. Check this and it will not unseat the player.

Hey, how 'bout that, never noticed! Tho' to do it in my current league would just screw up the stats, so maybe I'll wait 'til next season.
