In v2, you could define hand nicknames, quotes, etc. These were all grouped into something called "Knowledge".

I've decided I need something better than "Knowledge" as the bucket these fall into.

In v3, you'll be able to define groupings of:
- Hand Nicknames (sets of cards and the nickname that you call them) Example: A A - Pocket Rockets
- Quiz Questions (questions and answers) Example: "Q: What drug did Stu Unger take? A: Not enough room to list"
- Quotes (the quote and who said it) Example: "If it weren't for luck, I'd win every tournament" - Phil Hellmuth
- Rules (your own tournament or league rules) Example: "No slowrolling"
- Terminology (terms and their definitions) Example: "The River - The 5th board card"
- Trivia (various factiods) Example: "Germans love David Hasselhoff"
- Announcements (whatever announcements you'd want to appear) "Next tournament: Not scheduled yet...looking for a host!"

What's a good name for all of these things?!?!?! It doesn't have to be one word...can be 2 or 3...

I like library, but it is a little too broad. I want something that says, "nuggets of trivia"...but it just isn't trivia.

BTW. In v2, these things would pop up on the screen.

v3 will probably still offer that capability, but I'll also be adding a console component so that you can make them appear within a component. From experience, I've found it a little annoying when you pop-up the seating chart and hand nicknames keep appearing over the front of it Smile

Regarding announcements, v3 will give you the ability to display "ad-hoc" announcements on the screen. For instance, let's say the Vikings just beat the Packers and you wanted to tell everyone via the application. You will select "Display Announcement". You'll then be presented with a dialog that asks you for:
- Text to display ("Packers Suck...Lose to Vikings 44-0")
- Audio to play ("Skol Vikings.wav")
- Length of time message should appear (default would be 10 seconds)
- Priority of message (immediate, next in queue or end of queue)
