I want to pay out 3 bounties: 2 for 1st, 2nd from prior tourney and a third for the person who eliminates the most people in the tourney. Doesn't seem to have an automated way to administer this even though the info is saved in event log?

But, here's how you would do it.

Assign bounty for 1st & 2nd from prior tourney: Simply put a bounty directly on the two players who finished 1st & 2nd in the prior tourney. Do this on the "Players" tab.

Bounty for person who eliminates the most. Technically, not a bounty. This is more of a special prize (like best hand, bad beat, etc.) You would use the "reserved prize" field on the "Financials" panel to set aside a certain amount of the prize pool for a special award.
