Bugfixes to release 4.0.00.

What's new:
- Fixed issue with betting schedule wizard producing antes even when you told it not to
- Fixed issue with version file not specifying the version number (introduced in 4.0.00)
- Fixed issue with checklist missing icon
- Fixed issue with core components raising load warnings in non-US locales (introduced in 4.0.00)
- Fixed issue with core bracketed play dashboard saying 'round starts in'
