I can't remember is the subject has been raised before but in Version 3, would it be possible to have a 24 hour clock with seconds showing?

I know in the US you guys use the 12 hour system but the rest of the world uses the 24 hour clock. Seconds are not that important but if they could be shown I feel it would be a plus.

Can you tell me why it goes 23.59 then 24.00 and not 00.00, I always though there is no 24 in the 24 hour clock (funny though that seems)

h:mm a
h:mm:ss a
H:mm
H:mm:ss
