There's actually now a separate alert for elimination with a rebuy (because personally I was getting sick of all the elimination alerts immediately followed by rebuy alerts).

But, I need to make that alert work correctly.

Modified the elimination alerts to:
- Indicate the finishing position, if the player didn't rebuy
- Indicate that the person is rebuying if they are rebuying

Reminder, in v3 you won't get an elimination alert followed by a rebuy alert...they'll be combined into one. The only way you get a rebuy alert is if the rebuy isn't part of an elimination.
