Beta 3 going good.

I'm at the point where I can:
- Add players to the roster from the database
- Purchase buy-ins
- Purchase add-ons
- Purchase rebuys

All are logged in history (but not tied to history) and they are saving and loading to/from the file.

Next:
- Implement the elimination wizard and get that to log to history and save/load.
- Implement editors for the player-based history items
- Implement a mechanism that allows you to compare history to actual data and fix history.
- Implement a way to tweak player data that's related to history.
