Okay. Diving into Payout Schedules for v3.

Within a tournament, you'll have three views of a payout schedule:
1. The "Payout Schedule Plan". This is what defines all the alternatives and options for the payout schedule. This is much like v2, except much more clear and easier to use.
2. The "Payout Schedule Preview". This lets you plug variables into the payout schedule and see what the schedule will look like if X number of people show and the prize pool is $Y,YYY.YY
3. The "Payout Schedule". This is the actual payout schedule that is used for the tournament, based on actuals. In v2, this was mixed in with the plan. v3 clearly breaks out the "plan" from the "actual", while still letting you perform the "what if".
