I think I am just an idiot. I can't get this to work. I have 3 tables with 9 players max. I would like to consilidate them and balance them out with each going down to 6 players, then down to 2 tables of nine then the final table of 8 or 9. How is the best way to do this in the seating with the table balance and consolidation?

I have looked and haven't found anything...I know I haven't looked hard enough.

in the tourney set up tab, make sure you have selected "Manage seating." In the seating tab, set the ideal table size to 9. you will get notices when it's time to move someone, and options as to how you'd like to do it, including table consolidation.
