v3 will have help up the ying-yang, including context-sensitive help on every panel.

Here's a screen shot showing the classy new help icon. This will appear on every panel and link you to a page about that panel which shows you how to use that panel and links you to other related information.
For example, in the one below, you'll be taken to the "Alert Configuration" help page which will focus on how to create and configure alerts. From there, you'll link to detailed pages on:
- Alerts in general
- Simple alerts (detailed info about the different types)
- Time-based alerts (detailed info about the different types)
- Audios (because alerts use audios)
- Networking (because alerts are also sent to the client)
- Console theme (because alerts are part of a console theme)
