|
|
Currently I award 4 and 2 extra points to 1st and 2nd place finishers. In my last game, they agreed to split pot when it got down to head's up. I would like to award both 3 points (splitting the sum of 1st and 2nd bonus). Any chance on this happening?
Also, How can I end the tournament without eliminating all but one person?
Can I edit the player's finish? If I can do that, then I could edit the finish positions both to 1.5 and have a special clause in the if...then block to accomodate it.
Thanks

We just had our 1 league game tonight... and the same thing happened. The guys wanted to split, but I shot them down. That's a bad precident to set. They split the money, then played for the points, which took 1 freakin' hand anyway! Ha. |

I've done a split pot before, no problem. I think I just ended the tourney when it was down to two, but I can't be sure. Perhaps I eliminated both players simultaneously. _________________ Wherever you go, there you are. |

Chops are not allowed in my league.
I feel that is has a negative effect on the integrity of the point system. What I am particularly concerned about is people essentially trading money for points. |

Give the points out depending on the size of the chip stacks at the time. Person with the larger stack = first place. |
