Took pretty much all your comments into account.

Also:
- The player database is implemented per my dream.
- Robert's Rules has been incorporated into the help.
- All files are checked upon loading. If an error is found, a very cool dialog pops up.
- All console components with text can now render shadows (including marquees)
- Added a chip distribution planner.
- Made the payout schedule more logical.

I'm just going to tie up a few loose ends this weekend, then I'll probably get it out Monday night.
