Well, after the events of the last day I've decided it's probably time for a new hosting service.

Technical issues will happen, but when your provider doesn't even have phone support that's pretty bad.

So, submit your suggestions for where I should move to. I'm currently paying about $70 per year for the hosting.

I'd like to get the BB transferred over, if possible. Although, I'd also like to investigate other BB systems.

Also, I'd like to find some sort of free/cheap problem reporting system where users could submit issues and we could track them. A BB isn't great for that because it's too easy to lose stuff.

I'm on the same hosting provider as the Doc. I've noticed lately thaat there has been a lot of outages on my own server, frequent, but not nearly as long as yesterday!

Unfortunately, I just re-upped for another year, so whatever suggestion you give the Doc, I'd be interested in hearing, so, come next year, I can follow suit.
