I have tried to reply to the good Dr's email and sent emails to both support and order @drneau.com but have been getting undeliverable mail messages from both.

I hope everything is ok, but in the mean time I can't reply to the "Subscription: Who are you?" email.

Please don't spam Doc with emails on my behalf, but is this a known problem, or is it just me?
