I would like to set some breaks in here, after 3 rounds you get 10 min, after 6 you get 20 after 3 more you get 10 etc, etc, etc.....

Can it be done or is that an add on down the road?

It's there now....in the blinds section there is a "New Break Segment" button.....just put it where you want it and set the time.........If your break happens to be when you need to color up the 'Break Screen" on teh console tells you.......
