In case anyone missed it, the timer components can now have an overlay displayed when the timer is paused.

This goes for the round timer, break timer and end of tournament timer.

For each timer, you set:
- The message displayed
- The color of the message
- The opaqueness of the message (the message can be 255 degrees of transparent from invisible to solid...this helps you see the timer underneath it).

The default is a semi-transparent red message that says "PAUSED". You will see how your message is going to look in the designer, since the clock in the designer is paused.

If you don't want a message, just leave the message text blank.

Let me know what you think, and how I might improve it further.

And please don't ask for blinking...blinking requires yet another thread which means more processing overhead, and nobody wants more processing overhead.
