How about using the players which have played before and info is recorded in a league, to select players for a new tourney?

So when entering the player info, lets say you type Ma, it will check for a name which starts with Ma, and then it will let you pick a name or continue typing. When picking a name it autofills email adres and phone# and stuff.

Last thing with the same idea, mailing people who are playing in a league or playing in a tourney. Can just be an option to cut and past all email addresses into outlook or so. As long as they are all grouped in one textbox.

What you're going to have is a player database maintained in its own file.

At any time, you can edit it in the following ways:
- Adding players directly to it (similar to how you add players to a tournament)
- Add players from the active tournament.

When you have a tournament up, you'll be able to select players from the database and add them to your tournament.

The DB will store players' names, email addresses and phone numbers.

This should be in the next release.

Not automatically, because some people may not want that.

However, it'll be a 1 step operation to add all new players to the db...
