The first requirement I would add to that list would be:

0.) Display currency symbol (yes/no)

You would just set the currency symbol to a blank string to achieve this.

Isnt the reason they give you the chips because you use THEM as a referral? I think there is only one referral per account.

I can get multiple referrals to PSO. They referred me to Party Poker. ...
